What if my wheels or tires don't fit as expected?
If your wheels or tires don’t fit as expected, returns are possible, but responsibility and fees depend on whether No Rub Fit, CO Choice Fit, Aggressive Fit, or independent selection was used.
If your new wheels or tires don’t fit the way you expected, don’t worry - returns are absolutely possible. However, depending on the situation, you may be responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.
If you selected an No Rub Fit recommendation through our guided fitment, we take responsibility for ensuring that setup works properly with your vehicle. If we made a mistake, we’ll work with you to make it right.
If you chose an CO Choice Fit option, it’s important to understand that rubbing or trimming is expected with wider setups. These configurations are designed for a wider, bolder look and may require modifications to achieve proper clearance.
The Aggressive Fit option offers the boldest look possible, but expect real modification work like trimming fenders, cutting liners, and adjusting suspension to get it running clean.
For purchases made without using our guided fitment, overall fitment becomes the customer’s responsibility. In these cases, we strongly recommend confirming specifications before ordering and carefully performing a full test fit before driving on the products.
All returned items must be in new condition with no signs of use, installation damage, or being driven on. Fitment issues should always be identified during the test fitting process before the vehicle is driven. Test fitting protects both your investment and your ability to return the product if needed.
If you’re unsure about fitment at any stage, our team is here to help guide you before and after your purchase.
