# What are the pros and cons of larger vs smaller wheel diameters?
## Larger wheels enhance style but may reduce ride comfort, while smaller wheels offer a smoother ride and versatility for daily or off road use.
Choosing between larger and smaller wheel diameters comes down to your driving style, comfort preferences, and the overall look you want for your truck.
### Larger Wheel Diameters
**Pros:**
Larger wheels create a bold, show truck appearance by filling the wheel well with more wheel and less tire. They are a popular choice for drivers who want a clean, eye catching setup.
**Cons:**
Because larger wheels leave less room for tire sidewall, the ride can feel firmer or rougher, especially on uneven roads.
### Smaller Wheel Diameters
**Pros:**
Smaller wheels allow for more tire sidewall, which can provide a smoother and more comfortable ride. They are a strong option for daily driving and can also perform well off road depending on the tire you choose.
**Cons:**
Smaller wheels may not deliver the same aggressive, high profile look that larger wheels provide.
The best choice depends on how you use your truck and what kind of style you are building. If you are unsure, our team is happy to help you find the right balance for your setup.
