Can I Order a Wheel and Tire Package Without Mounting and Balancing?
Yes, it's possible but not directly on our site. Reach out to our Sales Team and they'll set this up for you!
All of our wheel and tire packages come with free mounting and balancing included. We do this automatically because for most customers, it's the easiest way to get your new setup ready to install. But we understand that's not the right fit for everyone.
Maybe you have a preferred tire shop you already trust. Maybe you're a shop yourself and handle your own mounting. Whatever the reason, we get it.
Why can't I just uncheck it at checkout?
Right now, our website doesn't have an option to remove mounting and balancing from a wheel and tire package during the standard checkout process. It's a limitation of how our current ordering system is set up.
So how do I order without it?
The easiest way is to reach out to our Sales Team directly. They can put the order together for you manually and make sure mounting and balancing is not included. You can also call them directly at 920-221-0110.
Just let them know you're looking to purchase a wheel and tire package unmounted, and they'll take it from there.
Anything else to keep in mind?
If you change your mind and decide you'd like mounting and balancing after all, just let the Sales Team know before your order is finalized. Once the order ships, we won't be able to add the service after the fact.
